LG-55 Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closure
The LG-55 is a versatile closure that was designed for splicing low fiber counts, sheath repair or to provide an isolation gap on armored cables. The LG-55 can be used in either an in-line or butt configuration and is rated for 10 ft. waterhead.
LG-55-SC Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closure The LG-55-SC sealed closure retains all the features of the LG-55, but includes a unique patching system that utilizes pre-terminated SC fiber assemblies or field installable connectors such as the FAST™ SC.
LG-150 Sealed Fiber Optic Splice
The LG-150 is a sealed dome closure designed for small count fiber splicing (< 36 single or 144 mass) in a butt configuration. Utilized in aerial or underground environments where a sealed closure is required. Ideal for express or ring applications. The LG-150 requires no tools for re-entry.
LG-250 Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closure
The LG-250 is a sealed dome closure designed for medium count fiber splicing (<96 single or 144 mass) in a butt configuration. Utilized in aerial or underground environments where a sealed closure is required. Ideal for express or ring applications. The LG-250 requires no tools for re-entry.
LG-350 Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closure
The LG-350 is a sealed dome closure designed for large count fiber splicing (< 384 single or 1152 mass) in a butt configuration. Utilized in aerial or underground environments where a sealed closure is required. Ideal for express, ring or long haul applications. The LG-350 requires no tools for re-entry.
LG-350-AC Drop Access Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closure
The LG-350-AC is a Sealed Dome Fiber Splice Closure designed for "drop access" applications providing access for up to 12 drops. The closures can also be used for splicing of up to 72 single or 288 mass in a butt configuration.
LG-300XL Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closure
The LG-300XL is a sealed dome closure designed for large count fiber splicing (< 864 single or 2592 mass) in a butt configuration. Utilized in aerial or underground environments where a sealed closure is required. The LG-300 requires no tools for re-entry.
Peel & Seal Grommet System for Sealed Fiber Optic Closures
To further enhance AFL’s Sealed Closure product, AFL Telecommunications in conjunction with Mar-Don Corporation, has developed a new cable sealing grommet technology for the AFL Sealed Fiber Optic Closures. The new Peel and Seal Grommet System eliminates the need for the time consuming task of installing washers and messy sealing tapes for cable entry and cable sealing.
OPGW Cable Bracket
for Sealed Fiber Optic Splice Closures Designed to allow installation of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) cable within AFL's LG-series of fiber optic sealed splice closures, the new cable bracket attaches to the outer grounding lugs of splice closures, making it easy to disassemble and reassemble the closure c-halves and cable clamps. The OPGW cable bracket is a universal solution and can be installed on AFL's LG-150, LG-250 and LG-350 closures.
