FAST Connectors are factory pre-polished, field installable connectors that completely eliminate the need for hand polishing in the field. Proven mechanical splice technology ensuring precision fiber alignment, a factory pre-cleaved fiber stub and a proprietary index-matching gel combine to offer an immediate low loss termination to either single-mode or multimode optical fibers.
FAST™ Connector Tool Kit
The FAST Connector Universal Tool Kit provides all the necessary installation tools required for fiber preparation of 250μm or 900μm fibers, or 900μm, 2mm, or 3mm cordage for AFL’s pre-polished FAST connectors.

AFL's keyed LC FuseConnect fusion splice connector utilizes the current FuseConnect LC design features, only using a keyed housing instead of standard housing. With the keyed configuration, this connector provides a secure network solution, suitable for backbone network infrastructure and Fiber-to-the-Desk.
